We are looking for a FULL-TIME STAFF PHARMACIST. Duties include: supervising technician computer order-entry, providing dosing and therapeutic consults to physicians, and working closely with the nursing and hospital staff to provide support and education. Pyxis automation in patient care areas and HMS Information System. Pharmacy Hours, Monday – Friday 7A-7P, Weekends 7A-3:30P. The pharmacists rotate call and weekends.  On-Call Pay - $2.00/hr, Weekend Shift Differential - $3.00/hr. Requirements: PharmD or BS in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy, an active pharmacist license in the state of practice and/or eligible for license transfer to Louisiana. Leesville is only 90 minutes from Lake Charles and Alexandria, Louisiana.
