Are you a pharmacist with solid clinical skills and a desire to bring your ideas to an ever-changing Long Term Acute care setting?

We are looking for a STAFF PHARMACIST. Duties include: supervising technician computer order-entry, providing dosing and therapeutic consults to physicians, and working closely with the nursing and hospital staff to provide support and education.

Requirements: PharmD or BS in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy, an active pharmacist license in the state of practice and/or eligible for license transfer to South Carolina.
